My MUET speaking experience - Confident is Everything!

Today my alarm rang differ than the other days which was 6 in the morning. The funny thing was, I set my alarm 3 times in handphone and once in my lovely table clock. You might curious about too many alarm huh? heheh….I tell you. Usually I will set my alarm with my favourite song and it comes to the opposite objective. I will sing along the song in my deep sleep (Dream) and the time past me by without waken me up.So? to avoid this thing happen again today, I do so. Okay I will stop about this alarm thing. Back to my MUET experiences which my exam slip show that I have to be in the exam hall or class on 7.30am, 12 October 2011.According to my exam slip, I was excitedly woke up on 6 in the morning. Aaaarrghh….I took the cold shower and had my breakfast like the world might end(fast and furious) but as usual the nature calling needs me to go to toilet even though it was already 6:55, so I message Cherise(same group for speaking) to go the exam room about 7.05am but my watch shown that it was 7.10am already (so sorry for late Cherise).
12102011808
12102011809
So beside here was the picture I took through my room’s windows while I was eating my breakfast . I was shivering after taking my bath(still have to take a bath even it was cold …okay).Almost everyone was still having their dream in my thought but there are already some of them walking around the veranda.

12102011810
So after I took short errand with Cherise to the exam room, there are 2 person from Polimas, I’m sure enough whom not from IPDA. They were walking around the ground floor just to find the room(pity of them)instead of walking up stairs to the 2nd floor which are the exact room. Cherise and I was the 1st person arrived and welcomed by En. Zul(our staff) and asked to get inside the quarantine room. My hearted started to beats like it might come out and run away(still having child thought…LoL…) After sign and wrote our name to the registration form the rest of the candidates from Polimas came and eventually only 4 of us from IPDA that session. This picture beside was took after I’m trying to relax and read something for the last moment before the War Begin!
12102011819
Wait..! I haven’t tell about my regret about woke up early like mad people right? So the fact was, Cherise and me was the the last group for the 1st session today…still not get it? My group will get to the exam room on 10.30am….aaarrghhh….what a waste(not really…actually) 3 hours and half trying to read something but it was just cannot digest by my nervous mind(everything….lol)…. 3 and half hours just seems were torturing me since nothing can’t do. 10 groups so there were suppose to have 20 people but…arrghhh there a BUT….1 was mising, lol I mean didn’t come.Hence, my group only 3 candidates and I’m lucky enough to be the candidates C (yeah…thanks God).
12102011812
Lastly, the 9th group done theirs and the world war 3 begun! A Chinese woman and a Malay man sat beside us and I tend to be relax with kept smiling(I felt like I’d smiled look alike the fish on the Smiling Sardine Can). Tadaaa…..the Task was EASy breezy cover me! It was about “Helping children in Hospital” and my point was about “helping their studies”. I’m a wannabe teacher and I knows the importance of studies.Cheris’s point was about “Fun activity”. The examiners said “let’s start our task A with candidate A” something like that. Those moment, I felt like I’m so lucky to be the candidates C, which enabled be to list out mind 3 points. The candidate A seems not ready at all. I’m not trying to say that I’m better than her but, she took about 5 minutes to breath after the examiners told us to begin. Her point was about reading for the children and it’s quite hard to relate with the main subject. I don’t even prepared enough with the time limits but fortunately I’d done my conclusion right after the examiners said time up! Thanks God again  since the TASK B ran smoothly as it was suppose to be. Unfortunately the candidate A didn’t talk so much compared to Cherise and me. Yeah thumbs up. Cherise and me enjoyed discussing the topic, plus still smiling like nothing happening though. Once again the miracle happened, I’ve done the closing speech with a conclusion right after the examiners stop the timer. In wrapped, I didn’t expect to have a great marks since I didn’t come out with the conclusion that I wanted to(LoL….my mind well function again after I came out the room). But the most important thing was I did speak continuously but still stuck on some part. so I guess I might not get much mark on the fluent scheme.
After we’d finish our Task B session, came to the chatting(not on the scheme)the examiner(the Chinese woman) mention about whether we realise that 3 of us are from Sabah. Then Cherise said that surely know me but didn’t expect candidate A also from the same state since she is studying in Polimas(now I still wondering how many of them, I mean Sabah’s student there). The examiner ask again whether we’re enjoying while studying here and I’m excitedly to say that Kedah quite similar with Sabah . Then she asked again about the tickets to come back to Sabah, then we’ve mention we’re able to claim it from government.I’m not so sure she tend to be surprise but she said “ooh” and the men said “whoa”. Wait…I do feels sympathy to the candidate A, she kept silent while Cherise and I talking like we are so close to the examiners. I’m not sure whether anyone of you have this moment.
The moment of walk away from the room like having a wings and ready to fly(hmm…yeah…I still have my child thought). I talk to the candidate A and she said that she took MUET just feel like taking it.I mean not so serious or trying to get great band.Plus she’s studying in Poli for the 6th sem already. I’m not so surprise though. About 10.30am, Cherise and I went to the Cafe to have our Lunch(yeah I know it’s too early, but almost all IPDA’s members do so).Well, I knew I wrote too much already and I have to prepare the 3 more MUET papers.
Hooray! I have my very own experiences for MUET already, but not yet for the other 3 papers.Feels free to comment  to know the tips I used for my  MUET speaking (800/2)^^

Facebook Unfriend Finder (OmG!) I knew who are not on my FB Friends List….They blocking me? Deactivated their FB?

Yesterday I found myself trying to relax and mingled around even though my MUET SPEAKING(the real one) is coming in 2 days from today (12 Oct). So? the moment I was  reading the others' Blog which I found interesting , tadaaa….I found this topic “You see your friend list going down? Find out who ditched you from their account.” so without thinking twice I had clicked the link which brought me to the application that I didn’t realised exists for FB user. Eventually of my surveyed according to this website, we just need to install this application  and it works automatically BUT (there is a but…) This script can not tell you which profile(s) had you on their friendlist before it was installed. Unfriend Finder is not retroactive. So the people who had Blocked or deactivated their profile before you have install this application.

So this is the looks of my FB after I’d installed it and it’s quite awkward after it shows the friends who still not approving your friend requests, the persons who deactivated their profile, But still haven’t seen the one who Blocking me (naah…..I’m be able to know who are they….but I still feel it’s awkward since not everyone have this on. So here I am to share it.

imageUnfriend Finder is a real time script that allows you to know which one of your friends removed you on facebook.
A locale database keeps record of your friendlist, and is compared at each refresh.
Unfriends are people who were previously your friend but have either deactivated their account or have removed you from their friendlist.
Unfriend Finder will tell you which friends have removed you, who has deactivated their accounts, people you have requested friendship with and who has declined your friend request.
Unfriend Finder makes identifying unfriends easy by displaying a red counter in the menubar with the amount of unfriends you have. It also uses Facebook notification to alert you on these events.

UNIQUE Gigantic sculpture in IPDA (IPG Kampus Darulaman)-PPISMP PSV1/PSV2/PK3/PK4-3rd sem

These UNIQUE Gigantic sculpture only may found in North of Malaysia(Lol…I’m trying to be geographically) and I’m quite sure that other campus didn’t have the same kind . The duration of doing this gigantic sculpture took about 3 months(LoL…of course not doing it 24 hours a days) and spent so much either form the budgets of our own campus and self money in each group. The steps and ways of doing this I had posted it in my previous post and definitely not an easy as playing clay since these are 3D’s cylinder man-made(No Mould okay….whoa wait…other group made the mould from boxes)…..by the way I have to say I’m so proud(Not my self only okay….other group and our dearest lecturer) for the magnificent and meaningful plus outstanding knowledge and experiences(of course…we can’t buy our experiences in 7 Eleven or else …what). I’m sure that each of this sculpture has it own story in each group, same goes to my group.
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Okay the pictures above are my group’s sculpture and I had put my big effort for this(same goes to my group members). It might looks simple than the others but I can tell you how hard the was(I’m serious…LoL). All of the objects on it are hardly done with many steps and took days to finish each of it. My very own touched(I mean nearly all of it) was the Snail(Huge and gigantic snail). I still can’t  believe it may attached strongly even though I forgot to put on the iron string inside between the huge tree trunk and the snail (oopss…I hope it may staying strong). RAFFLESIA…yeah my previous project had it too(the mural painting) and it looks so real plus it was took so long to done it.

In wrap, I was so glad and happy to have this chances and experiences to work with cement(A.K.A doing something like build a house stuff). But my small heart have a little unsatisfied and disappointment with a thing (omaigad..!). It was about the Group Work attitudes. Can you imagine you doing this sculpture in the heat of Sunny Day and Rainy day all alone(almost all the time). When you ask about the reasons of unable to come, you get this “I’m overslept”, “ I have to go somewhere”, “ I have a lot of things to do”, “I’m tired”, “the day so hot” and something like “I don’t know whether to come or not” plus “ I didn’t see the messages you sent for it”. Sometime I rather choose to work individually instead of Group Work since eventually made it harder with the Group’s members attitude). Okay I don’t want to keep this feeling(unhappy and unsatisfied) for the rest of my life(LoL…sounds lil weird) so I put this on here….I do care about others feeling and I know I’m making mistakes and faults to other without realising it  too. BUT for the GROUP WORK mean to be work in group not “opportunities to relying on someone!” I’m really SORRY if this made anyone angry or any of unwise feelings but this the real world where NOthing IS PERfect(I know it too..okay) but trying to do something in our best is seems PERFECT to me(for real …okay). So, if you’re one of the PASSIVE member in your group, next time please think twice before you let it happen until the project or whatever done(without your effort). Even though we didn’t even know how to do it well, at least we contribute and trying to lend our helping hand.Once again I’m apologize for any hard or bad feeling upon my this…Let’s have a great Group Works for next time…peace no war^^
Well Done and Congratulation For Us whom succeed to Finished this Gigantic Sculpture….2 Thumbs uP…^^

The First Day of Sculpturing in IPDA

This Semester’s project was really tough than the previous 2 semester . As my previous post about the magnificent mural made by 3 in a group(major in art class) but this sculpture thing done in 5 to 6 in a group. Even though it was a group task but….(Long Story…LoL). So the most interesting about this course work surely about the experiences. The EXPERIENCES about mixing the cements , sands and waters.Plus with the palette  knife (the small size one) to make the various shape and texture on the mixture( the cement and so on) surface.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

So this picture beside is the first of the sculpturing thing. We had been given a briefing how to deal with the materials and steps about this project. I swore that I don’t even know how and what to do that day. I came late(not really late…LoL…there are others) and our lecturer asked the group presenter to pick a number and my group get the lucky number 8  but it just for the spot where we should do our sculpture. The first day seems so tired with all the lifting and walking around(with things to do ooh). No classes for that day and same goes to the 2nd days. Everything seems so fun because of the new experiences handling the stuff that I never hold before. So I remembered that I shot a few picture of the other group members but sadly I forgot to take my own group picture(so sorry to myself and my lovely group member). So next time, I will take as many as the battery of my camera and memory available.

This project made us tan(LoL) because of the sun ray, so the result is blacken my skin(LoL….I’m sure others get it too). When I saw this pictures in my folder, I’m quite unable to believe this wide greenish area finally crowded by the Marvellous(always mentions by our beloved lecturer(Pn. Jah)….^^

For the picture down here…I’ve just realised that En Putra besides Shazwan just in time.

So sorry(hmm…I know I repeated it many times) for the other group for not taking your picture. Whoa it’s not because I don’t but it was caused Pn Jah call us… “Mari semua, saya nak tunjukkan langkah nak buat”. So 6 lucky groups in memory(didn’t my group’s picture) . Besides I’m quite disappointed for not taking the whole process of this project and the middle ways to the finish and last touch. For IPDA’s whom have it…hehhee(naughty laugh) copy it for me.

My next post I’ll enclose all the well done sculpture’s pictures. ^^

My Campus Very Own Mural -PPISMP PSV1/PSV2/PK3/PK4 SEM2 (Jan-Jun 2011)(IPG Kampus Darulaman)

Each Of this Mural tells different of stories whether about how to get this kind of Ideas or dealing with various group members.
Bottles of paints and numbers of painting brushes surely made us spent vast than we’re expected, Luckily it’s In Group matter….so each cost divided to the bearable budget.
Nights and Days faced this gigantic wall for about 1 months to paint it as told and advised by our respectively lecturers.
The funniest fact about this Mural Painting in my campus are painting in the middle of the night, plus even though no light around…LOL.I still remembers the last day of the dateline for this project and some of the group members creeping to get this done …^^Great experiences anyway.
